I love the status it gives you for health, money saved, cigs not smoked. The only thing I would add is daily reports of the changes your body is going through. It does give you some and its great. Or a daily motivation would be really helpful.
I wish there were smaller goals to achieve at the beginning, but it is a fantastic app and has saved my bacon multiple times.
Super grateful! Ive been sober from drugs and alcahol for years, but cigerettes were the hardest to give up. I found checking my progress instead of smoking was helpful in those first 36 hours. Also, keeping busy, telling other people I was quitting, and exercising were really helpful. In the really tough moments, if ask myself "how free do I want to be?" The longer I dont smoke, the more freedom I have from the obsession, craving, and life limiting effects of a really powerful addiction. My sincerest good luck to you! How free do YOU want to be?!
Quit It is a great app to keep track of overcoming the bad habit of smoking and it really helped me. The health benefits are great motivation to keep from giving up. The other little reminders are a great way to feel the encouragement to keep it up when the cravings are the most intense in the beginning and even greater milestone achievements for long time champions.
Great app ! When I was ready to quit it helped me get over the tough bits. Now after 4 months when I have flashes of wanting a cigarette I turn to quit it and it helps me stay quit ! And now I return after 3 years and I have no more desire to smoke and it all started with a decision which I kept in part with the help of this wonderful app.
My boyfriend was a pack a day, Marlboro red smoker since the age of 15 (hell be turning 40 at the end of September). Thanksgiving of 2014 I downloaded this app and hes a smoked since!! Its encouraging and exciting to see the money saved and the positive effects its doing to your health. If you you or somebody you love is a smoker and needs help quitting, I would strongly suggest this app

Really enjoy this app. Every time I think I want a cigarette, I open the app and look at the progress I have accomplished. Love the fact that it gives you the ability to change the preset goals and make them your own. I like knowing how much money I saved and how many cigarettes I havent smoked thus far. Great app!!
Quitit was great help when I was quitting. Visualizing my achievements helped me tremendously. I have recommended it to a bunch of my friends.
I really like this app. It has helped motivate me with its different trackers and goals. It also helps me keep track of how long Ive quit, the amount of money Ive saved and the amount of cigarettes not smoked. I love the health benefits and sometimes when I really want to smoke I will open the app and see how far I have come. I used the free version for over a year and then upgraded to the full version. Ive never had it crash, delete my information, or not work! Great app!
I found this app to be very motivating once I had made the decision to quit. I dont think it would be as helpful if I had needed help choosing to quit smoking or if I wanted to cut back slowly instead of cold turkey. I do wish there were more frequent and a greater variety of achievement levels. Id also like more stats on how my health is improving.

This is a good app, and does what its supposed to. Worth getting, for sure. I got this app over others like it because of the Apple Watch support. Because of this, Id like the ability to toggle what I see on the watch on and off. For example, Im using a nicotine replacement treatment, so seeing the nicotine item on the watch is irrelevant and a real-estate hog. If these toggles were added, Id happily give this app 5 stars.
This helps with a quit. I must have checked it every 5 minutes in the beginning but as the days went by it was great to see progress. For some reason that helps.
This app has really come a long way since its first versions. It allows you to gain prospective on your tobacco use and the metrics it provides really paints a deep picture on the negative aspects of using tobacco but at the same time encourages you quit and stay quit by highlighting all the benefits from stopping including money, amount of cigs not smoked, tar, nicotine, and carbon monoxide as well as health benefits you are re-gaining in your life everyday you dont smoke. I highly recommend it.
It will erase your quit date. After about a year and 7 months was so sad as I hadnt recorded my quit date anywhere else the app reset itself.
Not sure why one of these reviews was a 1 star because his sperm count returned to normal (must be normal wasnt too impressive) I personally think its helpful and doesnt hurt that you can share your progress with friends.
Excellent app! All of the features function seamlessly, and to have my stats readily available at the touch of a button has been a great help in staying motivated to quit. I highly recommend this app to anyone who doesnt smoke anymore!
