Worked like a charm
I used this app in conjunction with the Alan Carr book and stopped nearly two months ago. No supplements replacements, etc. When the occasional pang crept up, I just pulled up the app and saw how far Id come in just a short time. One suggestion: make the sharing option a little more robust - Id like to be able to share specific benefits like health progress, etc.
